About Us

Casa Linda Estates is a place where neighbors become friends and community grows through everyday connections. Whether we’re welcoming a new household or gathering for the annual Chili Cook-Off, the people who live here make it feel like home.

The Casa Linda Estates Neighborhood Association (CLENA) helps nurture these connections through neighborhood events, regular communication and opportunities to get involved. Membership and volunteer support help us care for our community and keep neighbors connected throughout the year.

Why become a dues-paying member?

CLENA dues go toward beautification, events, communication, charitable endeavors and more, including:

The watering, landscaping and seasonal plantings of seven triangular communal garden spaces that add color and character to the neighborhood

Neighborhood events including the annual Easter Egg Hunt, Fall Chili Cook-Off, Christmas Party and more that serve as opportunities to gather together with neighbors

Communication supplies to ensure neighbors stay informed including signage, mailers and the digital tools needed to create and maintain emails, e-newsletters and the CLENA website
